What the prescription must contain
- Prescriber identification (name and medical license) and signature.
- Formula, strength, dosage form and quantity.
- Patient identification and date.
- For sterile injectables, the preparation-specific details.
How to send it
Send it through the prescriber channel as a legible PDF or photo. Data is handled under our privacy policy and Brazilian data-protection law (LGPD).
What happens next
Our curation routes the request to a suitable licensed partner pharmacy and returns a quote. Dispensing requires a valid prescription.
