Documents required from partner pharmacies

PharmaLinker verifies the sanitary documentation of compounding pharmacies before adding them to the partner network. Document review does not replace oversight by the competent authorities.

Documents and requirements

• Valid ANVISA operating authorization (AFE).
• Valid state/municipal sanitary license.
• Active pharmacist Technical Manager.
• Authorization for the classes compounded — especially sterile injectables (classified cleanroom environment), per the applicable regulation.
• Per-batch quality control (CoA) and Good Compounding Practices.
